Every mailbox, not just the two profitable ones
The fast AI inboxes are built on the Gmail and Microsoft APIs, so that is who they serve. If your mail lives at iCloud, at Yahoo, at Fastmail, or on the server your web host runs, you are not a rounding error — you are just not their customer. imaily speaks IMAP, which is what your mailbox already speaks.

Where your mail goes: nowhere
imaily talks to your mail provider over IMAP, from your Mac, and keeps what it learns in a small database on your Mac. There is no imaily server. The one outside call is the AI that writes the briefing: subjects, senders and short snippets go to the AI provider under your own key. Nothing is ever hard-deleted — "bin" means your provider's Bin folder, where you can undo it.
That is the whole architecture. It is also why imaily can read a mailbox nobody has written an API for.

Hosting a few thousand business mailboxes?
Every one of them speaks IMAP — the protocol the per-seat AI inboxes do not support. We host around two hundred sites ourselves, so this is our own problem too: a briefing your customers get on the mailbox you already sell them, without moving anyone to Google or Microsoft first.
imaily today is one Mac, one person. The version for hosts and agencies is being designed now, and the people who host mailboxes are the ones who should shape it.
Pricing
Same app, same features, whichever you pick. A licence covers a number of Macs, not people: pay once and use it on that many Macs, whoever sits at them. Prices include VAT and are the same in every country.
1 Mac
Then €69 a year for updates, if you want them.
5 Macs
Then €159 a year for updates, if you want them.
12 Macs
Then €299 a year for updates, if you want them.
- Twelve months of updates are included. After that, renewing is optional. If you never renew, imaily keeps working exactly as it is; only the updates stop.
- You bring your own AI key. About €1–2 a month at the provider, paid to them directly.
- The key is checked on your Mac. Nothing phones home to count Macs, and if we ever stop, your copy keeps working.

Licence with credits
Every feature of the licence, without setting up an API key: the AI is ours and metered, with the month's allowance on a meter you can see. Your subjects and snippets pass through our relay instead of going straight from your Mac to the AI provider. That is the one case where they do, and we say so here rather than in the small print.
Credits are for iCloud and business IMAP mailboxes. Gmail with credits comes after Google's review.

How is this different from Superhuman?
Superhuman Mail is a full email client you move into, on Google or Microsoft 365, paid per person per month. imaily is a five-minute morning check that sits beside the client you already use, reads the mailbox you already have over IMAP, and runs on your Mac with your own AI key. Different shape, different mailboxes, different bill.
Does it work with Gmail?
Today via forwarding into an account imaily reads — two minutes, guide inside the app. Sign in with Google is built and ships when Google's review of imaily completes.
Is it a mail client?
No. Keep Mail, Gmail, Thunderbird, whatever you use. imaily is the five-minute check next to it.
What does the AI see?
Subjects, senders and short snippets, sent under your own API key to write the briefing. Turn it off and imaily still sorts with header rules.
Can it delete something by mistake?
It cannot delete at all. Everything it moves goes to your provider's Bin, and every bulk action shows a preview first.
